As the leader of NSB Homes’ Commercial Division, Pete Klironomos brings decades of experience to the team, as well as commercial leasing, consulting, and sales skills. Originally born in Montreal, Canada, Pete made his way to Florida in 1980 and has never looked back. During his first career, he spent more than three decades in the financial sector, specializing in banking and commercial loans.
An investor himself, Pete successfully piloted his own Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts franchises in Ormond Beach with his family from 1992 to 1995, eventually selling the business and retaining the underlying real estate for investment purposes. Pete’s professional experience and collective skillset include banking and commercial real estate lending, real estate investment analysis, residential and commercial leasing, as well as construction management and administration.
